Do you feel that this man who took advantage of this child, and made sure himself, big companies and C-nets collectively bullied a little teenage girl into submission and publicly renounce her identity as a Taiwanese and instead announce she is Chinese. Should have gotten an apology ?
Because i feel like this was the perfect opportunity for JYP to teach his artists to stand for what they believe in. I know that China is a huge market, and there is the potential to lose investors and CF deals. But his company can still thrive without it. Tzuyu could of simply stated that her words were taken out of context, and that she didn't make any formal political stance. But merely stated where she is from, and not succumb to pressure. If I was JYP I would of sued for defamation. And protected my artist, and teach them to stand up against people like him.
