Does the underground scene respect G.dragon ?

I know that a lot of underground rappers respect T.O.P. probably because that's where he came from. But how do they feel about GD?

Do they actually think he is a good rapper/producer? Or do they look at him like most idol rappers are looked upon?

I'm curious.
