I'm not sure if some of you have noticed, but music shows have a habit of cutting rookie group stages down if a larger artist is performing or making a comeback. In some cases, said rookies can't perform at all.
How are rookies supposed to get anywhere if music shows, the main way of promoting cut their performances or won't let them perform? These rookies work just as hard, if not harder than top groups. They perform on the streets and at any event possible but it is just not enough to get their name out. Some artists have been lucky to hit the jackpot (Gfriend, EXID) but the rest will probably never get the chance to pay off their trainee debts.
A little note too is that girl groups always get cut before boy groups.
