Surprising Results (Past & Present)

So, I thought it would be interesting if everyone posts a time they were surprised by a certain result for a solo artist or group (positive or negative):

For instance, I'm honestly quite shocked Yezi & 4Minute are not doing that hot right now. Loved both releases & expected much more attention for them, but what about you guy/girls? Can be anything from the past! ^^
