I just wanted to talk abt the BTS and ARMY that many ppl don't hear a lot of. the first time I heard abt BTS was boy in luv, but I didn't even give them a second look (okay, I gave a nod to RM raspy voice) simply for the fact that they're unknown. that was 2014 right? so fast forward to BTS's Dope. my sister being a kpop fan showed it to me (she wasn't even a fan, but bcs its hella dope), but then again I overlooked. I wasn't in any fandom at that moment but I consider myself an ELF bcs I like suju's dorkiness it help me when I'm in depression, not so much their song and I like BB song, but for me, u don't even have to be a V.I.P to like their song, but I have no interest in becoming a fangirl/fanboy I used to think it was childish) I often watch youtube videos and I find them again when finebros was reacting to Dope (all +ve reviews), I often need ppl to convince me something was great before, so this time I gave them a chance and actually searched for their other song and variety show (I found BTS Bomb instead, better) and realize they were the group that sing boy in luv and boy, aren't they the cutest dork in the earth XD but that wasn't what made me making an allkpop account under the name of ARMY. I have been suffering from depression for a long time for a reason I don't even know so I can't really make it disappear. I see that a lot of ARMYs are always talking about their lyrics and I find it odd because really? somebody's focusing on the lyrics of a kpop song? lmfao but I was so stunned by how they approached problems like school/society standard issues and stuff as an idol and it hit home so hard for me. then I heard RM mixtape and I just can't ignore these boys seeing them started from the bottom and even with all the shits they got, I'm able to have a reason to wake up and go to class bcs I wanted to check on them everyday, no matter what ppl say, the meme section was one of my happy pills tbh XD sorry other fandom. I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making me able to anticipate a lot of tomorrows that I don't even know if I deserve it or not. thank you.
