I'm curious to see if your favorite song this year actually was a song your faves (and then I mean your ultimate no.1 group or artist) released.
Because although I have a set of groups I stan a little harder than others, I realize almost every year that the song I jammed to the hardest over the past 12 months is surprisingly often from a group I don't stan.
As an example, I would say that my current faves are BIG BANG, SHINee, SNSD, Red Velvet and EXO, but my favorite song of the year is...

idk man. I can't even say why I loved this song so much, I just fell in love with it at first listen and am still loving it today.
So how about you? Was your favorite song this year made by your faves, or did you happen to fall in love with another, more random song? Oh, and if your favorite song indeed is one your faves released, why do you think that is? Because you don't listen much to groups you don't stan, or because you only like music from this particular group? Or something else? Asking out of pure curiosity.
